For rural professionals

Serve more clients without hiring more analysts

Accountants, farm consultants, bankers and agronomists spend a large share of every engagement assembling data instead of advising on it. Aidvisor takes that work off your desk.

The economics

Preparation time is the tax on every engagement

A budget review or a bank submission means chasing documents, keying figures into a template and rebuilding last year’s spreadsheet. It is necessary work that clients resent paying for and practices struggle to price.

  • Hours lost to data extraction before the thinking begins
  • Every client held in a different spreadsheet with a different structure
  • Junior time absorbed by assembly instead of development
  • Client capacity capped by preparation, not by expertise

With Aidvisor

Prepare a summary of the Thompson operation’s position ahead of Thursday’s bank meeting.
Operating surplus is tracking $62,400 ahead of budget on stronger stock revenue, offset by a $21,000 overrun in repairs. Term debt servicing sits at 18.4% of gross income, down from 21.1%. Three items warrant discussion before Thursday — I have flagged them with sources. Management_Accounts.xlsx Budget_FY26.xlsx

Built for practices

A console designed around a client book

Multi-client from the ground up — not a single-farm tool with extra logins bolted on.

Every client, one console

Switch between client organisations without logging out. Your practice is its own organisation; client work sits alongside it.

Hard tenancy boundaries

Access is granted per project and enforced on every backend request. A client’s data cannot leak into another client’s answer.

Preparation in minutes

Ask for the position, the variances and the talking points. What took half a day of assembly arrives while you read the file note.

Defensible advice

Every figure cites its source document, so your file notes and recommendations carry an audit trail by default.

Consistent across the book

The same analysis structure across every client, so comparisons and benchmarking stop depending on who built the spreadsheet.

Revocable access

Engagements end. Access ends with them — cleanly, per project, without touching the client’s own data.

Getting started

Onboard a client in an afternoon

  1. 01

    Set up your practice

Your firm becomes an organisation in Aidvisor, with your team invited under the roles that match how you actually work.

  2. 02

    Add client projects

Create a project per client engagement and upload what you already hold — accounts, budgets, reconciliations, agreements.

  3. 03

    Invite the client in

Bring the client into their own view when you are ready. From then on you are both working from the same current picture.

Who it suits

Built for the people farmers already trust

Aidvisor is not trying to replace the advisory relationship. It is trying to make the person in it faster, better informed and able to carry more clients well.

  • Rural accountants — faster year-end prep and management reporting
  • Farm consultants — scenario modelling without rebuilding spreadsheets
  • Rural bankers — clearer, better-evidenced client submissions
  • Agronomists — input decisions tied to financial consequence
  • Farm supervisors — consistent oversight across multiple operations

Practice plans

Pricing for advisory practices scales with the size of your client book rather than per-seat. Talk to us about the right structure — including white-label options for larger firms.

  • Unlimited team members within your practice
  • Client projects priced by volume
  • Onboarding support for your first clients
  • Direct line to the product team

Questions

Advisor FAQ

How is client data kept separate?

Every client organisation is a distinct tenant. Access is granted per project, and every request an AI agent makes carries the organisation and project scope with it — cross-client access is rejected at the backend, not merely hidden in the interface.

Can my clients see everything I do in their account?

Clients own their organisation and control who has access to it. Your advisory work is visible to them, which is generally the point — the shared view is what removes the version-control problem from the relationship.

What happens when an engagement ends?

Access is revoked per project by the client or by you. The client keeps their data and their history; you simply no longer have access to that organisation.

Do my clients need their own subscription?

Not necessarily. Advisory practices can carry client projects under a practice plan, or clients can hold their own subscription and invite you in. Both models work — talk to us about which fits your practice.

Does this replace the analysis work I charge for?

It replaces the assembly work, not the judgement. Aidvisor collapses the hours spent extracting numbers from PDFs and rebuilding spreadsheets, which frees that time for the advice clients actually value — and lets you serve more of them.
