Is there a free trial?
We start every new customer with a guided walkthrough using your own data rather than a cold trial login. It is a better use of your time, and you will know within half an hour whether Aidvisor earns its place. Get in touch and we will arrange one.
Are these prices in New Zealand dollars?
Yes, all pricing is in NZD and excludes GST. GST is added at the prevailing New Zealand rate on invoices to New Zealand customers.
What counts as a project?
A project is a unit of the business you want analysed separately — typically a farm, a block, a legal entity or a season. Projects hold their own documents, data and access list, which is what keeps a sharemilking arrangement distinct from the farm-owning entity.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans can be moved up or down at any point, and changes take effect from the next billing period. You are not locked into an annual term.
Do advisors need their own subscription?
No. If your accountant or consultant is invited into your project, that access is included in your plan. Advisory practices that want their own multi-client console take a Practice plan instead.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. You can export your documents and data before closing the account, and we delete it on request in line with our privacy policy.
