Documents
Annual accounts, GL exports, budgets, fertiliser and feed plans, stock reconciliations, leases, supply agreements and consents. PDF and spreadsheet in, structured knowledge out.
The platform
Aidvisor combines a document-aware knowledge base, your structured farm data and a multi-agent reasoning system — so the analysis that used to take a fortnight takes a question.
Data foundation
Aidvisor is organised around projects. A project might be a single farm, an entity, a block or a season — each with its own data, its own history and its own access list.
Annual accounts, GL exports, budgets, fertiliser and feed plans, stock reconciliations, leases, supply agreements and consents. PDF and spreadsheet in, structured knowledge out.
General ledger detail, cost centres and budgets held against the projects and seasons they belong to, so comparisons are like-for-like.
Reconciliations, classes, liveweights and production curves — modelled with their financial consequences attached.
Paddock and block records, soil tests, effluent and nutrient history, kept where the decisions about them get made.
Seasonal and weather signals brought alongside the operating plan, turning conditions into modelled scenarios.
Forestry blocks and carbon positions treated as part of the business, not a separate spreadsheet nobody opens.
Roadmap: live connectors to accounting platforms and weather services are planned. Today Aidvisor works from documents and records you upload — which means you can be productive before any integration work begins.
Multi-agent architecture
Every question runs through a coordinated team of specialist agents. The supervisor enforces your data boundaries before a single record is read.
Interprets intent, validates that the request sits inside your organisation and project scope, then orchestrates the specialists. Requests outside your scope are rejected outright.
Fetches project metadata, the document index and structured rows — filtered to exactly what your membership entitles you to see.
Assembles the prompt context using sector- and season-aware templates, so a dairy question is framed as a dairy question.
Runs vector search across your document chunks, retrieves the source passages and carries citations through to the final answer.
Synthesises the retrieved evidence into recommendations, scenarios and forward-looking plans — in language you can act on.
Agents have no write tools. Aidvisor will never reach into a connected system and change a record on your behalf.
Answers you can check
An advisor who cannot show their working is not much use. Aidvisor cites the specific documents and records behind every figure it gives you, so you can verify the reasoning before you commit capital to it.
Illustrative example.
Working with others
Invite family, staff and business partners with roles that fit — owner, admin, member or view-only. Everyone sees the same current picture.
Give your accountant, consultant or banker access to a specific project without handing over the whole business. Revoke it the moment the engagement ends.
Run several orgs at once — your own operation, an advisory practice, a partnership block — and switch between them without logging out.
Where it runs
Aidvisor runs in the browser and as a native app on iOS and Android. Ask a question from the ute, the woolshed or the office and pick up the same conversation later at the kitchen table.
Bring a set of accounts to a 30-minute walkthrough and see the difference on your actual business.
